Description

Prices

1. All prices are GST inclusive.
2. All merchandises are fixed price.
3. All regular priced items are reflected with white price labels. (10% discount will be given to VIP members whom present their card before billing)
4. All offer and nett priced items are reflected on the price labels. (No further discount will be given to our VIP members).
5. We reserved the rights not to sell any merchandise at the stated price should we discover the price stated are incorrect.

Merchandise & Services

1. Care and effort will be taken to ensure that all products sold are in good condition. Customers are encouraged to check the products before purchase. Any defective goods will be replaced / exchanged.
2. If you need further information to substantiate product claim, please feel free to let us know.

Deposit / Reservations

1. Deposit will not be accepted. All purchases must be settled in full.
   
2. The maximum period allowable for reservations of items is 3 days after which items not redeemed or purchased by customer will be released for resale.

Payment Processing

1. Only CASH, NETS, VISA, AMEX and Master card are accepted.
2. Kiddy Palace Pte Ltd accepts Singapore Dollar only.
3. Care and effort will be taken to ensure accuracy in billing.

Delivery Services

1. Free delivery for purchases above $250 in a single receipt.
2. For purchases below $250, a delivery fee of S$15 will be levied for single location within mainland Singapore.
3. Kiddy Palace Pte Ltd or its agent will make one attempt to deliver the goods to the address indicated on the delivery form, all subsequent delivery attempt will be charged to the customer at $15.00 per trip.
4. Customers should inspect all goods upon delivery. Should there be any complaints, it should be made known to the Company immediately.

Warranty / Guarantee

1. No Warranty / Guarantee is given for all merchandises except those given by the manufacturer / suppliers unless otherwise stated.
2. Faulty items may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days from date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers

1. The gift voucher is in Singapore currency and is only valid in Singapore.
2. Exchangeable for goods at all Kiddy Palace group of stores. Value of goods exchanged shall be the stated retail value of each goods at the time of purchase.
3. Non exchangeable for cash nor replaceable for any voucher lost or damaged.
4. All terms and conditions governing the use of gift vouchers will be printed on the vouchers.
5. There is no discount for purchase of gift vouchers.

Exchange Policy

1. Exchange is allowed within 7 Days from date of purchase accompanied with receipt and in its original condition and packaging.
2. You may exchange the goods for another item of equal or higher value and paying any differences in price.
3. Due to hygiene reasons, all undergarments sold are not exchangeable and not returnable.
4. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Kiddy Palace Pte Ltd and any decisions made by the Company is final.

Return Policy

1. All products sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for faulty products that are not replaceable with one-to-one exchange for the same product.
2. Faulty products must be reported to Kiddy Palace within 3 days from date of purchase. Return of faulty products will be arranged at Kiddy Palace outlets and must be accompanied with receipt and in its original packaging.
3. Refund will be effected in the same mode of payment.

Governing Law

1. In the event of dispute, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Singapore. Both the company and the customers irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Alternative redress may also be sought from the Consumers Association of Singapore.
